Lodgicl

We’re connecting insurers and their suppliers through structured data and intelligent workflows.
Company description
Lodgicl is rebuilding the insurance supply chain, starting with home claims. While industries like hospitality, FMCG, and e-commerce run on flexible, connected systems, insurance remains fragmented, manual, and under-invested. Our first product addresses a shared pain point: home claims assessments. Our mobile app captures structured on-site data and links real-world damage directly to policy terms through proprietary policy-matching IP, delivering faster, more accurate reports and reducing assessment time by up to 50%. We’re riding strong tailwinds: regulatory pressure on insurers, rising scrutiny on claims handling practices, and legacy tools limiting repairers ability to meet expectations. Our broader vision is to build the claims execution layer for insurance: enabling a seamless, coordinated claims experience for all parties. From lodgement through to repair, Lodgicl will be the platform that insurers and suppliers rely on to power the next generation of claim management.
Investment Update
The opportunity: $270B in global home claims annually, including 1M assessments in Australia and over $400M in related assessment and reporting fees. We’re gaining ground fast: Currently in pilot with one of Australia’s largest repairers, with 3 of the next 4 repairers already secured for post-pilot rollout. Our team has done this before: CEO Ian Tulloch led IAG’s supply chain and built an assessment services start-up that is the basis for Lodgicl’s policy-matching IP. CTO Keith Player was an early employee and took NUIX public and has led engineering teams across APAC. We have the credibility, insight and expertise to win in this space and execute our vision.
