Auric is pioneering Mood-as-a-Service™ — the world’s first AI-powered scent platform designed to personalise wellbeing through intelligent aroma rituals. Our flagship device, the AromaSphere, is a smart IoT diffuser that adjusts essential oil blends in real-time using biometric data, environmental inputs, and behavioural patterns. Integrated with smart home ecosystems (Apple, Google, Alexa), it transforms everyday spaces into adaptive, mood-enhancing environments. Backed by a hardware-enabled recurring revenue model, Auric combines ancient aromatherapy with cutting-edge AI, creating rituals for calm, focus, energy and rest. With 25 scent rituals, TGA-approved essential oils, and early traction across both B2B and D2C channels, Auric is redefining how wellness is felt — beyond the screen.

Auric Essentials is raising a $1M AUD Pre-Seed round to commercialise the AromaSphere™ — the world’s first AI-powered scent platform delivering Mood-as-a-Service™. Backed by Antler, with 40% of the round already committed, we’re now seeking a lead investor or strategic co-investors to close out by May 2025. Funds will accelerate manufacturing, retail rollout, and market entry across D2C and B2B channels, including a 280-store pilot with a major Australian retailer and our August 2025 national TV launch on The Block. With patent-pending IP, $135K AUD in early revenue, and recognition across EWC, GITEX Asia, and the Global Startup Awards, Auric is positioned to lead the next evolution of AI-powered wellbeing.
