Investment Update

Auric Essentials is raising a $1M AUD Pre-Seed round (SAFE @ $5.5M post-money) to commercialise the AromaSphere™ and scale our AI-powered Mood-as-a-Service™ platform globally. The round has Sputnik ATX VC (Austin, TX), Brisbane Angels, Perth Angels, and Angel Loop. We are now seeking an additional $200K from strategic or lead investors, with Antler’s Rolling Fund contributing the remaining capital to complete the round. • Minimum cheque size: $50K AUD • Use of funds: Manufacturing, D2C + B2B expansion, national TV launch, and Telstra retail signature scent rollout to 250 stores. With early traction, patent-pending IP, and a scalable recurring revenue model, Auric is positioned to lead the next evolution of personalised, AI-powered wellness.
